A week ago I was at #Summits<\/a><\/strong> and it was La Folie Douce!<\/h2>\n

I'll tell you (almost) everything here<\/p>\n

Visit #folie<\/strong> a great program, fun, professionalism, networking, good pace, there's never a dull moment!<\/p>\n

Visit #weezer<\/strong> We'd like to share with you our impressions of this place and the interventions that call for stepping back and disconnecting. \u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n

I must tell you that I was very apprehensive about having to remain passive, listening seated in an auditorium armchair for several hours a day (I who love being in action) \u2013 but I was carried away by the presentations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Philippe Dessertine<\/strong> reconciled me with economics and the prodigious scientific advancements we are experiencing. They will allow us to mutate toward a new model on a global scale: that of an intangible, impact-driven GDP<\/p>\n

Benoit Raphael<\/strong>, Th\u00e9o Leblanc<\/strong> and Cyrille de Lasteyrie<\/strong> have each in turn demonstrated that NO \u274c\u20191TP5Artificial intelligence<\/strong> will not replace us. Phew! It's an effective tool if it's in the right hands, of\u2019#human<\/strong><\/p>\n

Philippe Berlan<\/strong> (CEO La redoute), Anne Browaeys<\/strong> (Club Med), Romain Millet<\/strong> (DG Millet) in turn spoke about their company's transformation.<\/p>\n

I take away 3 strong ideas from the transformation of their company:<\/h3>\n

    Humans are always at the heart<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Every transformation comes from a problem<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Audacity and sincerity\/trust are key values<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ang\u00e9lique GERARD<\/strong> and Laura Lesueur<\/strong> spoke to us about feminism with nuance to defend a less extreme and more inclusive fight, where it is more globally a question of diversity and inclusion. A nuanced stance in which I completely align.<\/p>\n

    Alexandre Fauvet<\/strong> (CEO Fusalp), Romain Lacroix<\/strong> (CEO MAPED), David Merle<\/strong> (CEO Bonnevale waters) discussed the theme of responsible products. 3 points emerged:<\/p>\n

    • The responsible product is the one that is not produced<\/li>\n
    • The question is one of utility<\/li>\n
    • The consumer isn't ready to pay more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Emilie was on top<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

      Blaise Agresti<\/strong> and Laurence Bret-Stern<\/strong> from Mountain Path<\/strong> made us gain height by comparing the ascent of a peak to that of a company with many parallels: choosing the right peak, having the right rope team and the right leader, accepting risk, limiting risk... and the importance of consensus! Gael Musquet<\/strong> drew another parallel, with hurricanes, and the fact that we often arrive too late, because we're not prepared enough. Guerlain Chicherit<\/strong> also spoke to us about preparation and risk-taking, and it worked out pretty well for him<\/p>\n

      Julien Devaureix<\/strong> shed light on \u201cthe world that is changing and we understand nothing about it\u201d (the title of his book). We live in a world where we move forward, adapt, and have to go fast... and we too rarely ask ourselves the real questions. \u201cThe world is a vast theater, let's take a look behind the scenes together, and return to the stage with more lucidity.\u201d<\/p>\n

      Finally, and I saved the best for last, best in the sense of what touched me the most:<\/p>\n

      • Sylvain Tesson, a famous writer, who speaks of progress as the development of an error and calls us to reconnect with what is essential: nature<\/li>\n
      • Alexandre Jollien, philosopher, who invites us to \u201cbuild bridges rather than walls,\u201d to live a life without why and without labels.<\/li>\n
      • Tamara Klink<\/strong>, a 26-year-old female sailor who demonstrates to us that we can \u201cdo a lot with very little,\u201d I will tell you more about her later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Kudos to those who made it this far, I warned you, it was a lot!<\/p>\n
