Join a fast-growing scale-up that’s already a hit in BtoB and now needs a real boost in DtoC (6 years in business, 60 people, €30M revenue).

Nathalie is hiring a Head of E-commerce & Acquisition in Brussels, CDI, 60-70k€ + bonus + company car
8 years’ experience driving E-commerce websites – strong background in Acquisition, SEA, Social Media, SEO and Marketing Automation – Team Management – French speaker.

✅ MISSION :

Grow the DtoC E-commerce business with the goal to achieve 6M€ revenue in 2 years.
3-4M€ expected this year.

RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS pour le poste de : Head of E-commerce & Acquisition

✅Elaborate and deploy the e-commerce (product, emerchandising, sales promotion) and digital marketing strategy: SEA, Social ads, SEO, marketing automation (Klaviyo, 1M contacts), social media (300k TikTok followers!).
✅Monitor e-commerce product sales and performance, build KPI dashboards, and deliver weekly & monthly reporting.
✅Take part in the executive committee (6 people) alongside the founders & investors to steer the business and identify new growth opportunities.
✅Lead a team of 5 (content/design, social media, influencer, sales activation, marketing automation).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ pour le poste de Head of E-commerce & Acquisition

You are an experienced and hands-on marketing leader ready to accelerate our D2C growth. With a solid expertise in traffic acquisition and marketing automation, you know how to drive revenue for an e-commerce business. You’ll take full ownership of the online growth strategy, from paid acquisition to CRM and conversion, for a scale-up that already generates €30M in annual sales (€3/4M in B2C). You’ll work closely with the CEO and be part of a young, ambitious team that loves experimentation, data, and results. You'll join the executive committee. Performance is rewarded ; the bonus scheme is uncapped.

The role is based near Brussels, with four days per week on-site. You’ll benefit from a company car (valued at €12K/year). In Belgium, that means four weeks of paid holiday plus public holidays (no RTT).
