After hearing so much about it and reading here and there about all the benefits... We decided to give it a try!
Decision made last January with Olivier 4-day workweek, rotating every other week
❓ Why this choice of a 4-day week: to remain present for our clients and our Talents 5 days out of 5. This is key in our profession.

Reactions to the start of the 4-day workweek:
🔴 Hesitation within the team
Including notably a Friday with fewer meetings, which even when worked, is a more “chill” day, conducive to taking a step back and certain tasks
🔴 A troubled organization
Quite a few Friday routines to review and reschedule in the calendar
Four-month review of the 4-day workweek: This break, this 3-day pause does employees a lot of good.
✅ A highly appreciated right to disconnect
This break, this 3-day pause does the employees good
✅ Performance that is not degraded
Thanks to a better-tuned organization that boosts productivity. And to slightly more condensed workdays, it must be said
✅ An organization that isn't so hard to change

REVIEW after 4 months of the 4-day work week, every other week:
100% from the fully on board team—managers and employees alike 😆. No one wants to go back!
2 points for improvement for a good 4-day work week
💡Anticipate the schedule better
Who is there this Friday, taking into account all the specific details (public holidays and shortened weeks in particular). Long live the month of May!
💡 Better communication
Share/take notes among ourselves on who is here and who isn't, because we have to admit, we're still getting a bit lost🙊
We should make it!
So it's a GOOOOOOO
We are more than thrilled with the validation of this test Hervé, Ameline, Arnaud, Marion, Benjamin, Adeline, Jérémy, Anne, Deborah, Carla, Elsy
